Chef Vo Quoc first gained international recognition in 2001 when he was awarded the Gold Medal at the World Young Chef Competition in Beijing, China. In 2012, the World Association of Chefs’ Societies honored him with the prestigious title of Vietnam Culinary Culture Ambassador.
